General Refund Terms
All donations made to Vandytrust Foundation are non-refundable.
Donations are immediately used to support our ongoing projects, community services, and operational costs, making refunds impractical.
Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate donation: If you made more than one contribution in error.
Incorrect amount: If you intended to donate a different amount.
Transaction error: If the transaction was unauthorized or completed due to a technical issue.
To be eligible, such refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
